Client KYC and AML
Collect KYC documents, record AML checks and keep the due diligence file on the client record, in line with the duties UAE accountants and auditors carry as DNFBPs.

AudiTax AI keeps client records, corporate tax, VAT and trade licence deadlines, client KYC and AML checks, documents and invoicing in one system, in English and Arabic. Every partner and staff member can see each client obligation, who owns it and when it is due, so deadlines stop living in spreadsheets, inboxes and WhatsApp threads.
Free plan for up to 20 clients. No implementation fee. Set up in an afternoon.
Most UAE accounting firms run the practice across a spreadsheet of deadlines, a shared drive of documents, an invoicing tool and a group chat. AudiTax replaces that patchwork with one record per client, where every deadline, document, task and invoice connects to the obligation it belongs to.
Each service creates its own tasks and due dates. When a client's VAT period closes, the return task appears with its due date and owner, then sits in the queue before anyone at your firm submits it on EmaraTax.
Every client, contact, licence, tax registration and engagement lives in one searchable record. See at a glance which clients are due, overdue, unbilled or missing KYC documents.
Filing status, workload by staff member, billing and recovery across the practice, without exporting to a spreadsheet first.
UAE e-invoicing uses a five-corner model on the Peppol network. The supplier's Accredited Service Provider (ASP) converts each invoice into the UAE PINT-AE format and sends it to the buyer's ASP, and the tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority. AudiTax prepares and checks the invoice data so it is ready to hand to your ASP.

1. Prepare and check the invoice (Corner 1: supplier)
Create the invoice in AudiTax. Required fields are checked before it leaves your firm, so errors are caught while they are still easy to fix.
2. Hand over to your ASP (Corner 2)
Your appointed Accredited Service Provider converts the invoice into PINT-AE and transmits it over Peppol.
3. Delivery to the buyer's ASP (Corner 3)
The buyer's ASP receives and validates the invoice on the Peppol network.
4. Receipt by the buyer (Corner 4)
The buyer’s system receives a structured invoice it can process without rekeying.
5. Tax data reported to the FTA (Corner 5)
The tax data from the invoice is reported to the Federal Tax Authority.
6. Keep the record
Store the invoice and its status against the client. VAT records must be kept for at least five years after the end of the tax period.

AudiTax is not an Accredited Service Provider. It does not transmit invoices on Peppol or report data to the FTA. Your appointed ASP does that step, and AudiTax makes sure the data you hand over is complete.

Your firm holds passports, trade licences, financial statements and tax records for every client. AudiTax protects that data at every step and records who touched it, so you can answer a client or a supervisor with evidence.
AudiTax holds no third-party security certification today, and documents are stored on AWS in Mumbai, not inside the UAE. Our security page states exactly what exists and what does not.

Practice management software is the system an accounting firm uses to run the practice itself, rather than a client’s books. It holds client records, deadlines, tasks, documents, billing and team workload in one place. AudiTax AI is practice management software built for UAE accounting, tax and audit firms, so it also tracks corporate tax, VAT, trade licence and KYC obligations for every client.
Accounting software keeps one business’s ledger. AudiTax AI is not bookkeeping software and not an ERP. It runs the firm that serves many businesses: which client has a VAT return due, whose trade licence expires next month, which KYC file is incomplete and which invoices are unpaid. Your clients can stay on the accounting software they already use while your firm runs the practice in AudiTax.
You record each client’s tax registrations, tax periods and licence dates once. AudiTax calculates the resulting deadlines, such as a corporate tax return due within nine months of the end of the tax period or a VAT return due 28 days after the period closes. It then creates tasks and reminders for the responsible team member before each date.
No. AudiTax does not file returns or submit anything to the Federal Tax Authority on your behalf. It organises the work, tracks the deadline, assigns the owner and keeps the evidence on the client record. A qualified person at your firm submits the return through EmaraTax, which keeps professional judgement and accountability with your firm.
Yes. Independent accountants and auditors are Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions under UAE AML law, supervised by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism. They must carry out customer due diligence and keep records for at least five years. AudiTax holds KYC documents and AML checks on each client record with a full activity trail, so your due diligence file stays organised and easy to produce.
No. AudiTax is not an Accredited Service Provider and does not transmit invoices on the Peppol network or report data to the FTA. It prepares and checks invoice data so it is ready for your appointed ASP. Under the Ministry of Finance timeline, businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027.
AudiTax has a free plan for up to 20 clients and one staff member, including the automatic compliance engine. Pro covers up to 200 clients and 3 staff at AED 99 per month, and Pro Plus covers up to 400 clients and 10 staff at AED 249 per month. Firms that subscribe before 31 December 2026 keep that launch price for 12 months, after which Pro is AED 149 and Pro Plus is AED 299. Enterprise pricing is tailored.
Yes. The AudiTax platform is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, with right-to-left layout and the same client records in both languages, so partners, staff and clients can each work in the language they prefer. Some generated documents, such as the KYC PDF export, are currently produced in English only.
Client data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to each user’s role, and every change is written to an activity trail. Documents are currently stored on Amazon Web Services in the ap-south-1 region in Mumbai, not inside the UAE. If your engagement terms require data to stay in the UAE, raise it during your walkthrough so we can confirm fit before you move client files.
You can set up your firm in an afternoon. There is no migration project and no implementation fee: you define your services, import clients in bulk from a spreadsheet on paid plans, and invite your team.
