From signup to a live filing calendar, in four steps.
There is no implementation project and no migration fee. You define the services your firm sells, bring the client book in, and the compliance calendar builds itself from each client’s own dates.
- Step 1
Create the firm and invite your team
Signing up creates your practice and makes you its administrator. From there you invite staff, and each invitation takes one of the staff seats your plan allows. There are two roles on purpose, Admin and Staff, and a firm has exactly one administrator, so nobody can quietly grant themselves more than their seat.
- Step 2
Set the services your firm sells
Six services ship seeded: VAT Filing, Corporate Tax, Audit, Licence Renewal, Establishment Card and Monthly Accounting. Each carries its own anchor date and cycle, set by UAE filing rules rather than preference. Paid plans add custom services, so an engagement you bill that is not on that list still drives a real schedule.
- Step 3
Bring the client book in
Add clients one at a time, or import the whole book from Excel. The import checks every row in four layers and applies atomically, so a single bad row cannot leave you half migrated. For each client you record what the calendar needs: tax period, VAT registration and cycle, trade licence and establishment card dates.
- Step 4
Let the calendar run the work
Trackers are generated from those dates and roll forward when a cycle closes. Five built-in obligation types are covered, VAT, corporate tax, audit, licence renewal and establishment card, plus any service you defined yourself. Alerts reach the responsible team member in-app, by push and by email, completing a generated task closes the obligation behind it, and every change is written to the activity trail.
Questions about getting started
You can set up a firm in an afternoon. There is no implementation project and no migration fee: you define your services, import your clients, and invite your team. How long the import itself takes depends on how clean your spreadsheet is, not on us.
Two: Admin and Staff. A firm has exactly one administrator, the person who created it, and that administrator can add and manage Staff but cannot create a second administrator. The roles are deliberately few, and Staff seats are limited by plan.
Yes, from Excel. Every row is checked in four layers before anything is written, and the import is applied atomically, so it either lands completely or not at all. Bulk import is available on paid plans.
For each client: the tax period, whether they are VAT registered and on what cycle, and the trade licence and establishment card dates. The compliance engine calculates the obligations from those, so the calendar is only as right as the dates you record.
No. Alerts and tasks go to your team, not to your clients. There is no client login and no automated client chasing. AudiTax makes sure the right person at your firm knows what is due and when; the conversation with the client stays yours.
No. You can run one real client end to end on the Free plan before you move the rest of the book. That is the point of the free tier: see your own deadlines on a real calendar before you commit to a migration.
